Location was good. But food service and hospitality was horrible. We reached at 31st night we were forced to have gala dinner (60. $ /person). Then after requesting for 45 mins they agreed for ala carte. Next morning complimentary breakfast was so bad we actually dint have anythin. Then in aftrnoon we went to restaurant for food. We waited for 1 hour for our meal actually then we asked for one more item we were told that order wil take 45 mins to come. Then heated jacuzzi was kept of full time

The stay at chandragiri hills resort was very pleasant. It offered a very quiet and serene atmosphere and the views of the himalayan mountains were spectacular! the resort was very nice and clean with modern amenities. The sfaff was exceptional and all our needs were met meticulously!

Beautiful and big rooms. Amazing view of Himalayan mountain ranges. Courteous staff. Very good variety breakfast buffet. The best part was the temperatures controlled jacuzzi

Staff are professional and kind. Views even in monsoon season change frequently so even at some point you feel like you are floating above the clouds. Could use some lounge chairs by the pool to enjoy the spectacular views that are worth it. Food pricy and could use a special menu to add variety and more fruits besides the same daily. Overall, amazing resort and views and want to return.

I twas a really great experience staying away from the hustle and bustle of city. Location, views, pool, service all 10/10.

The property is like situated on heaven. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The properties usp is its access and its infinity pool. They also have a warm water open jacuzzi beside the pool which is icing on the cake. The rooms are big in size & with traditional designs. The visitors should park there car and take free cable car ride to and fro the resort. We didn’t check this and drove to this place, which could have been nightmare if the weather was bad. The clouds come and go throughout the day and night, so in a moment it would be clear the very other moment the visibility would be zero. Their sale manager prabhakar was one guy to talk to, he was such a vibe.

Very hospitable staff and location wise was super good ….(Secluded, pollution and sound free). A very good resort to just runway from every day busy chores…… Full marks to the weather in this scorching heat. Loved it 100%

Stay at the resort was overall good but payment issue was there as they didn't accept indian currency (only 100rs notes)which is difficult to carry and if that's the case it should be mentioned at the time of booking
